黃曉飛，作曲家、指揮家。廣西省南寧市人，中國音樂學院教授、中國民族管弦樂學會常務理事、民族管弦樂學會指揮專業委員會副會長、中國音樂家協會會員。早年畢業於中央音樂學院作曲系，畢業後留校在民樂系任教。1984年，應邀擔任香港青年音樂營中樂團客席指揮。 1992年，被聘為中國音樂學院教授。1993年，應聘赴新加坡任福州會館青年華樂團客席指揮。1994年，赴台灣任中國文化大學國樂系客席教授；同年六月，應台灣高雄實驗國樂團邀請擔任客席指揮。1996年9月，隨中國文化部藝術團訪問韓國，任藝術團樂隊指揮。在國內期間，嘗任湖北省歌舞團作曲、指揮，中國電影樂團民族樂隊、東方歌舞團等客席指揮。作曲方面，主要作品有：《青年鋼琴協奏曲》（與劉詩昆、孫亦林、潘一鳴等合作）、合唱與交響樂隊《祖國頌》、合唱與鋼琴《拖拉機》、鋼琴組曲《我的小朋友》、二胡與鋼琴《懷念》、鋼琴與民樂隊《梅花新詠》（與張肖虎合作）；小合奏《心潮》、民樂合奏《潑水節組曲》、《變體新水令》、《龍翔操》、《牧歌》、《杏花天影》、《瀛洲古調》、《嫦娥》；二胡協奏曲《六月雪》（與安如礪合作）、二胡協奏曲《長恨歌》、笛子協奏曲《追尋》、笛子協奏曲《嘎達梅林隨想曲》、琵琶協奏曲《月兒高幻想曲》、琵琶協奏曲《昭君別情》、古箏與交響樂隊《敦煌唐人舞》、雙箏與民族樂隊《哀江頭》、民族舞劇音樂《夜深沉》……等。她的曲作及指揮，受到國內外音樂界的高度評價，獲得極大的成功。
HUANG Xiao-fei is a composer and conductor. She was born in Nanning, Guangxi Province, China. She is a professor at the China Conservatory of Music, an executive member of the Chinese Traditional Orchestra Society, vice president of the Conducting Professional Committee of the Chinese Traditional Orchestra Society, and a member of the Chinese Musicians’ Association. She graduated from the Composition Department of the Central Conservatory of Music and remained at the school as a teacher in the Chinese Instrumental Music Department.
In 1984, she was invited to be a guest conductor for the Hong Kong Youth Music Camp Chinese Orchestra. In 1992, she was appointed as a professor at the China Conservatory of Music. In 1993, she was invited to be a guest conductor for the Fuzhou Club Youth Chinese Orchestra in Singapore. In 1994, she served as a guest professor at the Chinese Culture University in Taiwan and was also invited to be a guest conductor for the Kaohsiung Experimental Chinese Orchestra. In September 1996, she accompanied the Chinese Ministry of Culture Art Troupe on a visit to South Korea as a conductor for the orchestra. In China, she has held positions as a composer and conductor for the Hubei Song and Dance Ensemble, the Chinese Film Orchestra Traditional Orchestra, and the Oriental Song and Dance Ensemble.
Some of her major compositions include the “Youth Piano Concerto” (collaboration with LIU Shi-kun, SUN Yi-lin, PAN Yi-ming), the choral symphony “Hymn to the Motherland”, the choral and piano piece “Tractor”, the piano suite “My Little Friends”, the erhu and piano piece “Nostalgia”, the piano and Chinese instrumental ensemble piece “New Melody of Plum Blossoms” (in collaboration with ZHANG Xiao-hu), the chamber ensemble piece “Surging Tide”, the Chinese instrumental ensemble piece “Water Splashing Festival Suite”, “Variation of New Shuiling”, “Dragon Soaring Dance”, “Pastoral”, “Apricot Blossom Shadows”, “Yingzhou Ancient Tune”, and “Chang’e”; the erhu concerto “June Snow” (in collaboration with AN Ru-li), the erhu concerto “Song of Everlasting Regret”, the dizi concerto “Quest”, the dizi concerto “Gadamaylin Fantasia”, the pipa concerto “Fantasy of the Moon is High”, the pipa concerto “Farewell to Yang Guifei,” the guzheng and symphony orchestra piece “Dunhuang Tang Dynasty Dance,” the duo zheng and traditional orchestra piece “Lament at the Jiangtou”, and the music for the Chinese dance drama “Deep Night” and many more. Her compositions and conducting have received high acclaim from the music community both domestically and internationally, achieving great success.
