His first name was Sau-shek and his other name was the Master of the Drunken Qin-house. When he was twenty two, he graduated from the Ling Nam University. He was on the teaching staff of the Sun Yat Sen University. After settling in Hong Kong, he became the Principal of his own school in 1964, Lo\u2019s English Academy. He began to learn the qin when he was sixteen. In 1930\u2019s, he studied the qin under RONG Xin-yan in Guangzhou. Since his retirement in 1952, he took research in qin music and transcription.
