This is a wind and percussion piece composed by the Zhejiang Song and Dance Troupe in the 1970s. It describes the fishermen’s hard life to sail in the sea, struggle against the storm and wind to catch the fish. The slow movement in the middle is full of Jiangnan taste. The use of Yunluo also adds great feature to the music. Finally the long solo of the percussion, shows fully the high technique of the Ten-piece-gong and brings the music to its ending.<\/p>
